Mr. Shah Muhammad, MS in Geodesy with a distinguished 25-year career in the government sector, is a proven leader with extensive experience across administrative, managerial, financial and technical domains. His core expertise in Strategic Planning, Team Management, Satellite Geodesy and Surveying & Mapping has been instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring accuracy and compliance in mapping services. His technical foundation is rooted in hands-on geodetic operations, where he was a key member of the team responsible for establishing and maintaining critical geodetic vertical and horizontal control networks. Mr. Shah Muhammad's leadership capabilities were further highlighted as the Project Director for the landmark PSDP project, "New Generation Geodetic Datum of Pakistan," where he worked to implement the latest geodetic techniques and standards in a key collaboration with NASG, China. His project management acumen also extended to modernizing infrastructure as the Project Director for the "Procurement of Printing Machine for Modernization of Survey of Pakistan." Beyond project leadership, he has been integral to the procurement on multiple technical committees to prepare specifications, evaluate bids for advanced equipment. Furthermore, he has led teams in high-stakes environments, responsible for conducting and settling complex boundary surveys along Pakistan's borders with neighbouring countries
