• Develop and maintain Pakistan’s authoritative geospatial framework (geodetic, cadastral and thematic)
• Support national security and sovereignty through accurate surveying and mapping
• Lead Pakistan’s National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) initiative for supporting evidence-based decision-making
• Provide geospatial support for socio-economic development, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation and resilience
• Strengthen institutional capacity, human resources and international collaborations
• Promote applied geospatial research and innovation
